Process & Standards

Systems and Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a process used by a systems analyst to develop an information system, including requirements, validation, training, and user ownership. Any SDLC should result in a high quality system that meets or exceeds customer expectations, reaches completion within time and cost estimates, works effectively and efficiently in the current and planned Information Technology infrastructure, and is inexpensive to maintain and cost-effective to enhance.

Let us have a look at the Process and phases with figure:

1) Requirement Analysis : First phase of Web Development Process is requirement analysis. Client’s requirement is properly analyzed. We check for the feasibility of idea before we start working on the project. Moreover, which tools should be used is decided during this stage. Can it be developed in allocated budget and in given timeframe is also analyzed.

2) Project Planning : After analyzing client’s requirement, we strategize idea and assign responsibilities to development team by creating milestones that are to be achieved in given time.

3) Prototype Creation and Confirmation : The conventional purpose of a prototype is to allow users of the software to evaluate developers' proposals for the design of the eventual product by actually trying them out, rather than having to interpret and evaluate the design based on descriptions. Prototyping can also be used by end users to describe and prove requirements that developers have not considered, so "controlling the prototype" can be a key factor in the commercial relationship between developers and their clients. Interaction design in particular makes heavy use of prototyping with that goal.

4) Design And Development : Drawing from the information gathered up to this point, it’s time to determine the look and feel of your site.
Target audience is one of the key factors taken into consideration. A site aimed at teenagers, for example, will look much different than one meant for a financial institution. As part of the design phase, it is also important to incorporate elements such as the company logo or colors to help strengthen the identity of your company on the web site.
The development stage is the point where the web site itself is created. At this time, your web designer will take all of the individual graphic elements from the prototype and use them to create the actual, functional site.
This is typically done by first developing the home page, followed by a “shell” for the interior pages. The shell serves as a template for the content pages of your site, as it contains the main navigational structure for the web site. Once the shell has been created, your designer will take your content and distribute it throughout the site, in the appropriate areas.

5) Customer Review : That means that customers monitor the progress of development online so they won't be faced with any sudden issues at the end.
Upon implementation of features according to the plan we integrate implemented features, perform development test, create user guide.

6) Changes Implementation : In this phase changes which are suggested by the client are implemented into the software.

7) Testing and Bug Fixing : In this stage testing is conducted on a solution whose features are complete. Testing emphasizes usage and operation under realistic environmental conditions. The team focuses on resolving and triaging (prioritizing) bugs and preparing the solution for release.
Testers develop the Test Plan, test cases and scripts, test the system and verify that it operates according to the specification. If any bugs found we just remove them as soon as possible.
After rigorous testing, we launch the application.

8) Final Implementation and Deployment : Team Innovative deploys the core technology and site components, stabilizes the deployment, transitions the project to operations and support, and obtains final customer approval for the project.
As part of maintenance and support services we can improve productґs usability, solve issues, and consult on product usage.

" IT IS NOT JUST A PRODUCT THAT IS DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER, IT IS A SOLUTION."
